These pendants are made from Copper metal with gold plating filled with CZ crystals. It comes with a stainless steel plated Rope chain.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Refunds apply to all  damages caused by us, shipping company or manufacture. However you are always entitled with our one year warranty. We can always exchange or repair  them if you are not happy with the product due to quality reason or various damages. We do not provide refund if a product return is required

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All delivery within the United States will take roughly 1-2 weeks except for custom pendants. Delivery time will be more during high order volume.

Custom Jewelries from our custom collection will take 2-3 weeks (expedited Shipping)  and 4-5 weeks for Free shipping. ( These time are Subject to change). Please look at production description for current updates.

Factors such as weather, holidays, high order volume may delay delivery process.
